lululemon Athletica in Annapolis is seeking an Educator for peak season to deliver world‑class guest experiences through expert product knowledge and authentic community engagement. You will drive seamless transactions, support omnichannel programs, and help maintain a premium store environment.

The role emphasizes inclusion, integrity, personal responsibility, and enthusiastic teamwork, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Create world‑class guest experiences through authentic connection and knowledge of products.
• Provide top‑quality product education and communicate value and benefits to guests.
• Perform in‑store operations such as restocking and maintaining the luxury environment.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Engage with guests on floor, move dynamically to assist store needs, and relay guest feedback to leadership.
