lululemon Athletica in the United States is seeking an Educator to be the foundation of our guest experience. You will deliver world-class service, share product education, and connect with guests about our community and culture.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong teamwork, and the ability to move on the sales floor to assist guests and maintain a luxury shopping environment. You will participate in omnichannel programs and help store leadership make every guest interaction memorable.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences through knowledgeable product education and authentic connection.
• Assist guests with purchases and returns, delivering customized solutions.
• Perform in-store transactions accurately and support omnichannel programs.
• Move around the sales floor and restock as needed to maintain a luxury environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Comply with safety policies and store procedures.
