Job summary

lululemon in the United States is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our stores. Educators educate guests on performance fabrics, explain product benefits, and share our community and culture with authenticity.

You will move on the floor to assist guests, restock inventory, and support store operations while collaborating with teammates to keep a welcoming, energetic environment. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work evidence (local requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating fabric benefits and product value.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Perform product presentation, restock, and keep the floor in luxury condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action.
