Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a guest services associate to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage and transportation, and provide information about the property and local area.

You will be an ambassador for our city, promoting amenities and guiding guests to dining and entertainment options, while coordinating crew transportation and monitoring arrival/departure schedules to ensure timely services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Must be a people-person and able to interact with guests and team members politely.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Promote hotel amenities and act as an ambassador for the city, providing directions and local recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage crew transportation operations; monitor crew arrival/departure schedules.
• Use time-management skills to anticipate transportation needs and track flights and crew movements for timely pickups/drop-offs.
• Communicate schedule changes to ensure efficient and reliable crew transportation.
