Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a team member to set up, deliver, and retrieve all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction in line with company standards.

The role requires following sanitation guidelines, operating within liquor regulations, assisting with VIP amenities, and supporting the team to maintain a high standard of guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Able to communicate well with guests and work as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. and carrying large trays up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites per company standards.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Serve all hospitality suites in line with Banquet Event Orders and policies.
• Comply with liquor laws and state, federal, and corporate requirements.
• Complete shift-side work as outlined in policies.
• Respond to guest needs and report issues to the shift supervisor.
• Handle cash according to company procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
