Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Director of Front Office for Stanford Court in San Francisco. You will oversee Guest Services, Valet and Front Desk operations, ensuring attentive, friendly and efficient service while maximizing room revenue.

The role requires leadership of a team across two unions, coaching and developing managers and staff, implementing Highgate standards, and coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management.
• Alternatively a 4-year degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Front Office management experience is required.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Services, Valet, and Front Desk to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop Front Office managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with Highgate standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate with other departments and assist with MOD coverage.
• Monitor labor costs and scheduling to optimize productivity.
