Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must have a driver’s license in the applicable state.
• Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, train and supervise the Sales Managers and Sales/Catering staff.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and SOPs.
• Coordinate group, transient and catering bookings to maximize profits.
• Lead required meetings and prepare timely reports.
• Develop strategies to increase occupancy, ADR and revenue from top accounts.
• Maintain and monitor annual sales budget and performance against plan.
