Job summary

Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort in Islamorada, seeks a Director of Front Office to deliver exceptional arrival, stay, and departure experiences. You will lead the Front Office, manage labor and expenses, and partner with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, Revenue Management, Engineering, Security, and other departments to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Front Office or related hotel management experience.
• Prior full-service hotel or resort leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, guest service, and service-reward skills.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations, payroll, labor management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with hotel systems, computers, and standard business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Front Office team, overseeing daily operations.
• Manage labor and departmental expenses, and support forecasting and budgeting.
• Partner with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, Revenue Management, Engineering, Security, and other operational departments.
• Deliver warm, responsive, and personalized service and guest experiences.
