Job summary

Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property in Islamorada, seeks a Director of Front Office to lead guest arrival, stay, and departure experiences with strategic and hands-on leadership. You will manage daily operations, labor, expenses, and partner with key departments to ensure exceptional service and financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality leadership, a track record of developing teams, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Office leadership or hotel management
• Experience with full-service hotel or resort operations
• Strong leadership, coaching, guest service and service-recovery skills
• Knowledge of Front Office payroll, labor management, budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving and decision-making
• Proficiency with hotel systems and standard business applications
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office team and daily operations to deliver warm, responsive service
• Oversee labor management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales and Revenue Management to optimize guest experience
• Develop teams, train staff, and maintain high standards of service quality
• Lead on-floor presence and guest recovery to resolve issues promptly
