Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort, is seeking a dynamic Recreation Supervisor to lead our recreation team and deliver engaging guest experiences in Islamorada, FL. You will plan programs, coordinate activities, and drive high-energy interaction across sports, arts, and events.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in recreation or hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for creating fun, memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within recreation or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Creativity to develop engaging recreational programs.
• Knowledge of various recreational activities and equipment.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
