Chick-fil-A Lumberton is seeking a Front of House Director who will greatly impact the business by guiding the guest experience and overseeing restaurant operations with a passion for service. This leader sets the standard for signature service and must lead by example to empower a diverse team.

The role emphasizes coaching, guest care, and accountability, with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Required: Leadership experience in the customer service industry
