Job summary

American Cruise Lines is seeking a Cruise & Excursions Director to lead onboard entertainment and ashore excursion programs on our 2026 ships. You will be the guest-facing ambassador, delivering engaging activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring premium excursion experiences while maintaining brand standards.

This full-time, on-board role requires exceptional presentation skills, energetic teamwork, and a passion for guest satisfaction, with a schedule that includes 7 days on and 1–2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management is preferred.
• Strong public speaking and guest-facing engagement skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute engaging entertainment, enrichment and activity programs.
• Communicate with guests via daily programs, PA and direct interaction.
• Coordinate shore excursions, vendor communications, and inventory.
• Oversee, manage inventory and display port information collateral for guests.
• Promote on-board sales and loyalty programs.
