Job summary

GENERAL RV CENTER in Utah seeks a customer-service oriented associate to greet guests, assess their needs, and route them to the appropriate department. You will handle calls, process inventory, support recall processes, and maintain CAMP profiles with accuracy.

This role also involves tracking dealer plates, coordinating day-of-delivery tasks, VIP tags, and special requests, while ensuring orders are completed, paid, and customers are thanked for their business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage incoming calls by routing them appropriately and providing general company information.
• Process new and transfer inventory accurately, including printing and reprinting stock tags.
• Support recall documentation by checking manufacturer portals and notifying internal teams.
• Create new customer profiles in CAMP and maintain accurate internal records.
• Track and log dealer license plates used for test drives and support escalation of customer concerns.
• Prepare and execute all day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags, special requests, and CAMP navigation.
• Greet customers during delivery, ensure all work orders are completed and paid, and provide keys while thanking them for their business.
