Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to bridge Sales and Service and guide new and used RV owners through the delivery experience with professional demonstrations and post-delivery follow-up.

You will manage all prep work orders, coordinate with Service Advisors, track progress, and communicate delays to Sales and F&I. This role offers a strong commission component and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient computer and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide new owners through the delivery process while promoting accessories and supplies.
• Ensure a thorough and professional RV demonstration occurs for every new owner.
• Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery.
• Create and manage all work orders for preparation and delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PDI Menu guidelines.
• Attend the daily 2.3.8. meeting to provide delivery updates on all sold units (SA).
• Communicate proactively with Sales and F&I Managers regarding any potential delivery delays.
