Job summary

The Vendue in Charleston is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to orchestrate an experiential stay from pre-arrival to post-departure, acting as host, curator, and stage manager. You will welcome guests with a glass of bubbly, tailor room amenities, coordinate restaurant and rooftop bookings, share artwork stories, and collaborate across hotel departments to create flawless, memorable moments.

1–2 years in hospitality, willingness to work a flexible schedule, and familiarity with Opera hotel

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a guest-facing hospitality or related role.
• Experience with hotel software (Opera) is a major plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• A vibrant, welcoming attitude with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Stage: Welcome guests into our living room and streamline check-ins.
• Curate the Stay: Anticipate needs, tailor amenities, coordinate restaurant/rooftop bookings.
• Share the Story: Be a local insider and guide guests through artwork and local connections.
• Collaborate: Work with all hotel departments to deliver flawless, memorable moments.
