Job summary

The Vendue in Charleston is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to orchestrate a tailored stay from pre-arrival to post-departure. You will welcome guests, coordinate personalized amenities, and guide experiences across our restaurant Revival and rooftop.

Bring 1–2 years in guest-facing hospitality, a warm, proactive attitude, and comfort working flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Opera hotel software experience is a major plus as you collaborate with all hotel departments to deliver

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a guest-facing hospitality role.
• Experience with hotel software (Opera) is a major plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the Stage: Welcome guests and streamline check-ins from the living room.
• Curate the Stay: Anticipate needs and coordinate personalized room amenities.
• Share the Story: Guide guests through artwork and local artist connections.
