Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

Greets and engages with all Community visitors, ensuring a warm and inviting first impression and experience.
Manages incoming calls, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate resident or team member with professionalism and courtesy.
Performs various administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, maintaining sign-in documentation, and other tasks as assigned.
