Keepsake Village of Columbus in Columbus, IN, seeks a marketing and sales professional to lead community outreach and occupancy initiatives. You will nurture referrals, manage social media presence, and coordinate campaigns across channels to support resident recruitment and engagement.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making with a focus on compassionate care and community partnerships.

Formación

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 3+ years in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
• Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong closing skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the Community marketing and sales program, implementing strategies to achieve optimal resident occupancy.
• Forms relationships with local professionals including physicians, Senior Centers and home health to maximize referrals.
• Promotes a positive social media presence with content reflecting our mission and values.
• Oversees marketing channels including paid ads, digital platforms and outreach methods to engage residents and stakeholders.
• Bridges marketing and sales to generate leads and drive revenue through campaigns and outreach.
• Delivers tours for prospective residents and family members, providing a warm, high-quality experience.
• Implements follow-up strategies to nurture relationships and address inquiries.
• Manages the CRM to maintain leads and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
