Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Service Coordinator to be the face of the Salon services department, delivering a warm, inviting experience for guests and handling scheduling, sales, and service coordination.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong guest relations, and the ability to work well in a team. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits including health, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (no prior experience is necessary).
• Ability to troubleshoot and successfully rectify guest concerns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build strong and enduring guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Offer prompt, friendly service in the Salon pro-hair area.
• Manage Salon phone calls, appointment systems, guest records and Salon traffic flow.
• Use suggestive selling techniques (e.g., “Would you like a deep conditioning treatment with your haircut today?”).
• Inform guests of current promotions and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges courteously and accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
• Complete necessary paperwork in a timely, consistent and accurate manner.
