Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Spa Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and manage spa bookings and payments. You will ensure accurate guest information, handle charges, and support accounts while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, customer service experience, and a neat, professional appearance. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred to support busy spa operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience with the public preferred.
• Front desk/hospitality experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests on arrival to the spa.
• Schedule spa services in the computer system and post charges.
• Assist guests in understanding and settling their accounts.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Attend training and staff meetings as required.
• Promote spa services and gift certificates to guests.
