Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Spa Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests and register them for spa services at Calm Waters Spa. You will ensure accurate guest records, post charges, and assist guests with billing while maintaining a polished, welcoming front desk presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Previous hotel front desk experience is helpful.
• Flexibility with weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests upon their arrival at the Spa.
• Ensures the accuracy of guest file information.
• Schedules spa services on a computerized spa system.
• Posts guest charges and assists in settling accounts.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work area.
• Support training and staff meetings for the spa.
