Job summary

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly Spa Front Desk Attendant to welcome guests, book spa services, and maintain smooth front desk operations in a busy resort environment. The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, basic computer skills, and a calm, professional demeanor.

You will handle check-ins, processing payments, promoting retail products, and supporting daily spa tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, Adobe, and scheduling software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and email communication.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out for spa services.
• Schedule spa appointments and coordinate with therapists.
• Process payments and POS transactions; handle basic reports.
• Maintain front desk area, assist with daily housekeeping tasks and closing checks.
