Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador in Whitney, NV. You will deliver outstanding guest service at the front desk, manage room inventory, and support arrival planning to ensure smooth operations and a superior guest journey.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, responding to guest requests, coordinating with Housekeeping and Engineering, and upselling where appropriate. Prior hospitality experience and familiarity with Marriott systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Experience with Marriott systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Complete check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest requests and service recovery opportunities.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy enrollment and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate guest folios and communicate with departments.
