Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver outstanding guest service and support the Front Office operations, combining front desk responsibilities with room inventory management and arrival planning to ensure an efficient operation and seamless guest experience.

You will provide personalized service, manage room assignments, coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments, and uphold brand standards throughout the guest journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Previous hotel front desk, reservations, or rooms control experience preferred.
• Experience working with Marriott systems and brand standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Maintain room inventory and coordinate room assignments.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
• Maintain proficiency in Opera PMS, Marriott GXP, Nor1, InnSpire and MS Office.
• Support revenue goals through upselling and accurate billing.
• Participate in training and team collaboration.
