Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to interact effectively with guests, managers and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license required.
• Hotel Front of House operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes pre-arrival emails and calls to book activities, spa services and dining times.
• Acts as a point of contact for guests before arrival and answers questions.
• Maintains the guest database to collect information and preferences.
• Creates memorable experiences tailored to each guest.
• Reviews traces daily and confirms information with other departments.
• Audits activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy.
• Communicates accurate guest info and preferences to team members and departments.
• Monitors website content to ensure accurate event information is posted.
• Other duties may be assigned.
