Responsibilities

• Train new coordinators on booking, greeting guests, and service knowledge.
• Ensure scheduling, staffing, and adherence to procedures for the spa desk.
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews and bi-monthly coordinator meetings.
• Assist in recruiting, posting schedules, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty to resolve guest issues and manage spa operations.
