Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set an example by following Blackberry policies and delivering hospitality.
• Train new coordinators on bookings, guest greeting, service knowledge, and verbiage.
• Manage scheduling, recruiting, and bi-monthly coordinator meetings.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Director or Manager.
