Job summary

Carpenter Hotel is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent in Austin, TX to manage guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and concierge services. You will uphold service standards, operate the front desk efficiently, and support guests with local recommendations and requests.

Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, maintaining logs, balancing shift cash and charges, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to resolve conflict.
• Able to greet guests, provide genuine welcome and uphold Bunkhouse values.
• Familiar with Property Management System and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standards of operations, policies and procedures.
• Complete all shift checklist items.
• Check in/out guests professionally and accurately.
• Take reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in special projects and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Respond promptly to guest comments and concerns and inform supervisor of issues.
