Job summary

Cambria Austin Airport Hotel in Austin, TX is seeking Guest Service Agents to be the friendly face at the front desk, delivering warm, knowledgeable service from check-in to check-out. You will share local recommendations and ensure guests have an excellent stay.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and preferably three to six months of related experience; you must be a people-person, able to handle varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Prefer 3–6 months of related front desk experience.
• Strong customer-service orientation and local area knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the front desk and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Provide guests with local recommendations and information about dining, entertainment, and area attractions.
• Handle cash and use computers, databases, and property management systems to complete tasks.
