Job summary

Austin Motel, part of Bunkhouse, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, take reservations and provide concierge services in a busy boutique setting. This role requires proactive communication, problem solving, and a welcoming, helpful demeanor.

You will handle guest requests, maintain accurate logs, balance shift cash, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out in a confident, professional manner.
• Take hotel reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest comments and resolve concerns with supervisor guidance.
• Maintain logs of guest calls and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Balance shift banks and handle cash/credit transactions.
