Job summary

East West Hospitality’s Falcon Point in Avon, CO is hiring a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service, solve issues quickly, and keep daily operations moving smoothly. You’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs and stay the go-to contact for guest needs.

Ideal candidates are 21+, legally eligible to work in the United States, with hospitality experience and working knowledge of RDP reservation software. English fluency is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality preferred.
Proficient with RDP reservation software.
Strong computer skills and professional English communication.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and homeowners, handle check-ins/outs and be the primary contact.
Manage reservations and guest records using the property management system.
Listen to guest needs, resolve issues, and follow through to completion.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to keep operations smooth.
Offer local recommendations for Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail Valley.
Maintain a well-organized front desk and lobby during busy periods.
