Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Guest Services Manager in Paradise Valley, AZ to oversee Guest Services, Concierge, and Uniformed/ Transportation services, ensuring attentive, efficient guest experiences while maximizing occupancy and revenue.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with hotel front-office systems, with the aim to maintain Highgate’s standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required and ability to lead Guest Services staff.
• Proficient in Windows, Company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from the applicable state.
• Able to work long and light hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests' requests and complaints at the Front Desk or reservations channels with courtesy and follow-up.
• Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs.
• Prepare and conduct Guest Services interviews and follow hiring procedures.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status and rate variances.
• Attend daily and monthly Rooms Merchandizing meetings and participate in MOD coverage.
