Job summary

The Housekeeping Admin at Highgate Hotels in Paradise Valley, AZ, is responsible for ensuring that guest requests are executed promptly and in line with Highgate standards. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across front desk and housekeeping activities.

You will answer phones, manage inventories, file, support payroll time-logs, assist guests, and maintain a clean, organized office.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with guests and staff.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor and provide service-oriented support.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments.
• Answer the telephone promptly according to hotel standards.
• Assist with storeroom inventory and maintain supplies.
• Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and typing.
• Assist management with weekly payroll time-logs and error resolution.
• Dispatch guest requests to the appropriate supervisor or employee.
