Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests' requests and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
• Coach and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs.
• Prepare and manage staff interviews and hiring.
• Schedule staff to meet forecasted business needs.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through rate analysis.
• Monitor daily operations and participate in MOD coverage.
• Maintain Front Office systems and ensure proper cash handling.
