Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will greet guests at check-in, answer questions about services, and assist with check-ins and checkouts in a courteous, efficient manner.

You will maintain a welcoming presence, balance shift paperwork, and support guest programs while ensuring hotel standards and safety. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer experience is required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Balance and prepare paperwork for closing of shift according to hotel standards.
• Assist guests with safe deposit boxes.
