Job summary

Flow is seeking a Flow Experience Agent to create a welcoming environment for residents and guests. The role includes greeting guests, handling packages, admin tasks, and supporting events, with cross-team collaboration and responding to inquiries.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or residential services experience, strong communication in English (Spanish helpful), multitasking ability, and comfort with varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Residential or luxury hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish helpful.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common software/systems used for front-desk tasks.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and professionalism in all interactions with residents and guests.
• Welcome and register guests, obtain payment information, and address requests.
• Respond to guest requests with local knowledge and appropriate recommendations.
• Resolve complaints and assist residents with inquiries related to residence/hotel/services.
• Coordinate with Leasing/Property teams for move-ins/outs and lease renewals as needed.
• Direct lobby traffic and maintain common areas; manage packages, mail, and access for vendors.
• Maintain documentation and reports (logs, trackers) and stay informed about property details.
• Collaborate with community engagement to support marketing events and programs.
• Availability may vary, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
