Job summary

Flow is a luxury living brand blending real estate, hospitality, and community services in one seamless experience. The Front Desk Agent will welcome residents and visitors, handle inquiries, manage packages and admin tasks to keep daily operations smooth.

Ideal candidates excel in hospitality, communicate clearly in English (Spanish helpful), manage multiple tasks, and stay professional under pressure. This on-site role is in Miami with opportunities to engage the Flow community.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or residential services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register residents and guests, handling inquiries and payment information as needed.
• Manage packages, mail, faxes, and messages for residents and visitors.
• Provide administrative support and prepare reports; coordinate with Leasing Team for move-ins/outs and lease renewals.
• Assist with events and community engagement initiatives; maintain lobby areas and entry access.
