Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa in Maryland is seeking a friendly Lobby Ambassador to greet guests, guide them through the store, answer questions, and help create a welcoming dining experience.

You’ll maintain the dining area, restrooms, and exterior, support safe food handling, and participate in a team-driven environment. The role offers weekly pay and benefits, including PTO and health-insurance contributions.

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Guide guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up, in-store orders).
• Host guests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner.
• Accurately answer guests’ questions.
• Handle and resolve difficult situations.
• Say farewell and invite guests to return.
• Set up the dining room and patio.
• Maintain and clean the dining room, patio and exterior.
• Maintain and clean the restrooms at all times.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Practice food safety procedures.
