ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Receptionist to greet visitors, direct them, and support site operations at our Thousand Oaks location. You will maintain a professional lobby presence and deliver exceptional customer service during standard business hours.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, 2+ years in customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office within a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees preferred (B.S. or B.A.)
• 2+ years in a Customer Service environment
• Experience in corporate concierge/reception roles
• IT literate; proficient with Microsoft Office
• Customer focused, organized and professional; team player

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors in person or by telephone; answer inquiries or refer as needed
• Provide exceptional Customer Service to colleagues and guests on site
• Greet guests courteously and anticipate their needs
• Direct visitors using directories; give clear instructions
• Maintain security: logbook, visitor badges, space confirmations; monitor access
