Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a General Maintenance Technician I at Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, MO. The role performs routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep facilities and villas in top condition and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

This entry-level position requires a valid driver's license, basic maintenance knowledge, and the ability to work with hand tools. Training on dispatch systems and collaboration with leadership is part of the job; growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no prior experience required.
• Basic maintenance knowledge and skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, lighting, and other assets within the property.
• Basic troubleshooting and repairs, e.g., door hinges, furniture assembly, air filters and vents, touch-up paint, caulking.
• Minor plumbing and electrical tasks, e.g., unclogging drains and replacing light bulbs.
• Inspections and capturing needed repairs; guest interaction.
• Performs corrective maintenance in response to guest and staff calls.
• Maintains a clean and safe worksite; reports cleanliness issues and prepares for inclement weather.
• Maintains accurate records of services and work performed via mobile and desktop applications.
