Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from around the world, assist with registrations, and provide information about the resort and local attractions. The role includes handling cash/credit transactions and verifying guest folios to ensure accuracy.

You’ll balance cash, issue keys, quote room rates, and assist with reservations while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a memorable check-in/check-out experience.
• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and share information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
