Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for visitors entering the facility and greet them warmly.
• Record, log, and track service requests; provide administrative support as needed.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, and local recommendations in a timely manner.
• Deliver world-class customer service and encourage referrals to the location.
• Build a database of local business recommendations including dining and transport sources.
• Follow property security and emergency procedures to ensure safety.
