Job summary

Kiowa Casino is seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Reservationist to represent the hotel to guests at all stages of their stay. You will handle reservations, registrations, and inquiries, coordinate with departments, and upsell services.

The role requires strong guest service skills, accuracy in financial records, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. You must maintain confidentiality, operate the front desk smoothly, and support housekeeping and other teams to ensure guest

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Advanced guest service skills and confidentiality are essential.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Register Guests and assign rooms; block and pre-register when needed.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications by multiple channels.
• Perform cashiering tasks including bill settlement and refunds.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Adhere to policies, security, and confidentiality requirements.
