Job summary

Kiowa Casino in Hobart, OK is seeking a Casino Service Representative to provide superior guest service by handling cash, checks, and gaming chips, processing department fills and reimbursements. The role requires maintaining accuracy, communicating Kiowa Rewards Club benefits, and upholding confidentiality and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year large-volume cash handling experience preferred.
• 1 year experience in guest service and/or data entry preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Kiowa’s Guest Service Standards to every guest on every shift.
• Maintain a bank and balance cash drawer.
• Communicate features and benefits of the Kiowa Rewards Club programs and promotions to guests.
• Prepare cash drawer reconciliations and accounting records; count and maintain department tokens.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling customer transactions.
