Holiday Inn Express Times Square is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in, and assist with their needs according to brand standards. You will manage reservations, handle payments, and respond to guest requests, ensuring a smooth stay.

A strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork supports daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. The role involves balancing accounts, handling communications, and assisting in peak times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and offer to assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
