You will route calls, issue badges, assist with events, and help with mail, hospitality, and facilities. A high-energy, professional demeanor and strong English communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Reception, Concierge, or High-end Hospitality strongly preferred.
• Physical agility: comfortable walking, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Reliability: punctual and dependable with assigned work hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and manage the digital guest log with security compliance.
• Route global calls and handle inquiries with discretion.
• Issue badges and manage access cards for facility security.
• Support Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities to keep operations smooth.
• Set up and assist with meetings and catering for events.
