Job summary

ROOST Cleveland, part of Method Co, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Concierge to warmly welcome guests and support daily operations. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while maintaining a secure, polished lobby environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year front desk or guest-service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred), excellent communication, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front desk, concierge, or guest-service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and attentive during quiet or high-pressure moments.
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.
• Basic proficiency with reservation systems and front-office software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
• Monitor building access and maintain a secure, calm environment.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communications.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and daily reports.
• Support light administrative tasks and prepare materials for the team.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed.
