Job summary

ROOST White House is seeking a calm, attentive Overnight Front Desk Concierge to support our guests and property during overnight hours. You will ensure safety, comfort, and a seamless experience through check-ins, inquiries, and quiet operational tasks.

Ideal candidates are reliable, professional, and capable of handling both hospitality duties and light administrative work while maintaining a polished presence. This role offers growth within the ROOST hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front desk, concierge, or guest-service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred).
• Strong communications skills and a naturally warm, guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and attentive during quiet or high-pressure moments.
• Comfortable working independently and making sound overnight decisions.
• Basic proficiency with reservation systems and front-office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries during overnight hours
• Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns
• Monitor building access and maintain a secure, calm overnight environment
• Conduct property walkthroughs and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Handle overnight phone calls, emails, and guest communications
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and nightly reports
• Support light administrative tasks and prepare materials for the morning team
• Ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed
