Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and connect guests with the appropriate departments and team members.
• Assist guests with questions about the property, amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Transfer calls to hotel staff and approved mobile devices as needed.
• Dispatch service requests to the appropriate departments.
• Log and report telephone issues and assist with emergency repair calls when necessary.
• Resolve guest concerns within your scope of authority and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
• Deliver exceptional service with every guest interaction.
• Support a fast-paced operation while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
