The role requires a minimum age of 18 and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment at MGM National Harbor.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and connect guests with the appropriate departments and team members.
• Assist guests with questions about the property, amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Transfer calls to hotel staff and approved mobile devices as needed.
• Dispatch service requests to the appropriate departments.
• Log and report telephone issues and assist with emergency repair calls when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional service with every guest interaction.
• Support a fast-paced operation while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
